All Wink Wink Ink art is original artwork by me, Melanie Kay Nichols, and is protected by copyright. I reserve all rights to my artwork.

Personal Use
There are no restrictions on the buyer's own personal use of files they purchase from Wink Wink Ink. Please DO use my designs on cards, scrapbook pages, needlework, jewelry, and whatever else you can imagine!

Credit when you use my images in a project online is much appreciated. A link back to my shop helps me to stay in business doing what I love and makes it worthwhile for me to create more artwork for you. Thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness! ♥

Business and Other Use
Purchase of this file also gives the buyer permission to sell physical products that incorporate printed Wink Wink Ink images into the design as long as the product has been personally HANDMADE by the buyer and not by any mechanical means or other person. I do not put a limit on the number of handmade items that the buyer can personally make and sell using my images.

Please keep in mind that purchasing a Wink Wink Ink image does NOT grant the buyer a license to unlimited usage of the artwork. Please consider the following before you purchase an image, as all sales are final.
  • The buyer may not sell or otherwise distribute mass printed, items such as stationery, greeting cards, stickers, iron on transfers, images for other crafters, etc.
  • The buyer may not sell or distribute images in digital format, whether it is in it's original format or incorporated into another digital product. This includes posting the image online for others to download.
  • The buyer may not use the image to make products to sell on print on demand websites such as Cafepress or Zazzle
  • The buyer may not use the image to manufacture their own stamps for sale.
  • The buyer may not claim the artwork as their own
Please note: All sales are final on digital files. I will do my best to make sure you receive the files you have purchased. However, I am not able to give individual instruction on working with digital files, software. or apps. YouTube is a wonderful resource for learning how to work with specific files and programs if you are new to digital crafting.
