What's Included

When you buy one of our images you will receive
  • a black line JPG: Print out a black and white image for coloring
  • a black line transparent PNG: layer over other digital elements for a "stamped" effect
  • a colored JPG: for quick and easy projects or as a coloring guide
*Sentiments and Silhouette images come in black JPG & PNG only.
**FREE sentiments come in PNG format only.

Size and Resolution

Our stamps are 300 dpi resolution and most are 4"-5" at their widest point, just the perfect size to fit on a standard A2 sized card face.  This resolution makes for a nice crisp line with no pixelation when used as is, and even allows for satisfactory results when enlarged a bit!  
 
*Some of the stamp sets do feature stamps that are smaller and are sized in proportion to other larger stamps in the set. 

Working with Digital Stamps

I get a LOT of e-mail about how to use digital stamps!  I've posted a very basic instructional article HERE to help you get started if you are brand new to digital stamping.  However, I am not familiar with every program my customers use so my help is limited.  The Crafter's Digital Art Center is a great resources for learning how to create with digital stamps and it has a very helpful community!   YouTube is also a great place to look for program specific tutorials that will show you exactly how to use your particular software.

Paying, Downloading, and Technical Difficulties

  • Payments are made through PayPal.
  • After payment has been made, you will receive an e-mail with a link.  Click the link and it will take you to the download page
  • Click the link and download the zipped file.  To unzip the file you will need a program like Win-Zip or 7 Zip.  Please refer to their websites for information on how to use them.
  • I f you have any trouble downloading or unzipping files please do not hesitate to contact me!  I will do whatever I can to help you get what you paid for, including sending the unzipped files to you through e-mail if necessary!  
  • I highly recommend that you back up your files as soon as you receive them!  However, if you do somehow lose your files I will resend them as long as I can verify that you bought them.  Please let me know your PayPal account's e-mail address when requesting me to resend files.
  • From time to time the shopping cart that I use is down for short periods.  Please just wait and try again later.  There is nothing I can do to fix it.  If you continue to experience problems, let me know and I will bill you through PayPal and send your files through e-mail.

All *Wink *Wink Ink art is original artwork by me, Melanie Montes de Oca, and is protected by copyright. I reserve all rights to my artwork.

For your own personal use you may put my designs on cards, scrapbook pages, iron it on a T-shirt, embroider it on a pillow.... Be as creative as you want to be!

You are NOT permitted to redistribute any of my artwork by copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, reselling or putting it online in any way.   However, please DO feel free to show off your projects created with  my images on your blog or website.  And please DO send me a link!  I would LOVE to see what you make! 

I do not allow swapping of printed images.  Card swaps, etc. are fine as long as the images are incorporated into a project such as a card, scrapbook page, etc. Same rules apply for items you wish to sell.  There is no restriction on how many items you can sell using my images.  You may not use my designs for print on demand services such as Cafepress or Zazzle or to manufacture your own clear or rubber stamps.

I would appreciate credit when you use my images, as this allows my business to grow so I can keep making more stamps for you! Just a little note tucked in with the project that states "All images © Melanie Montes de Oca at winkwinkink.com" is fine!  It does not have to be directly on the project.
